About the asset administration fee. It is measured on the value of the assets the platform administers for you (the latest appraisal, or NAV for a fund) and billed quarterly. It does not depend on how much you raise, how many tokens you sell or how many investors join.

Pricing FAQ

Why don't you charge a percentage of the money raised?

Pay that rises with the amount raised is transaction-based compensation. Under US securities law it belongs to a registered broker-dealer. We are a technology and administration provider, so we charge fixed setup and subscription fees plus an administration fee on asset value, never a cut of sales.

What is the asset administration fee measured on?

The value of the assets the platform administers for you: the latest appraisal for a property, or NAV for a fund. It is billed quarterly. Raising more money or selling more tokens does not change it.

How does the Fee-as-slice package work?

Instead of a cash setup fee, we receive a fixed 2–3% of the offering's total token supply. The exact figure is agreed in writing before any work starts and the tokens are minted in the same issuance as everyone else's. The share does not grow if you sell more, and the tokens follow the same lock and transfer rules as any other holder. Your counsel reviews the arrangement for each offering.

What do the setup fees cover?

Configuring the platform and your brand, deploying the token contract for each offering, setting up the compliance rules your counsel signs off on, loading your documents and data, and training your team.

Who chooses the outside providers?

You do. We integrate with the transfer agent, broker-dealer or ATS, KYC provider and custodian you engage. Qualified custody, where needed, is opened in your own name. You pay those firms directly or at cost.

Can we start with one property and move to a white-label platform later?

Yes. Offerings you already run move onto your white-label platform with their investors, documents and records.

Do you support offerings outside the US?

No. The platform is built for US issuers and US investors, and the contract rules are written for US exemptions.

Is the platform live on mainnet?

Not on mainnet. Sample tokens run on test networks first, and the Supported networks strip on this page shows which networks have one today. Mainnet waits on an independent contract audit.
