Pay that fits each role
Pay that rises with the amount invested in a securities offering is transaction-based compensation, which belongs to a registered broker-dealer. So a referral partner earns one flat fee per company that signs a platform agreement, and nothing based on investors or money raised.
Registered representatives keep working under their own broker-dealer, which pays and supervises them. Real estate agents are paid commissions by the seller under their listing, outside the platform. Service providers bill the customer who orders their work.
